Made from white pig (female), they are characterized by handcrafted natural curing without nitrates or preservatives, cured at an altitude of more than 1250 meters in the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park. The curing time of Jamon de Alpujara hams ranges from 16 to 36 months.
