Paleta Bellota 50% Ibérica – a premium-quality Iberian pork shoulder, cured for at least 24 months under natural conditions, without artificial additives, preservatives, or colorants. Naturally aged in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, at an altitude of 1,600 m, by the family-run company "Jamones de Juviles".

The pigs were raised in free-range pastures and fed on acorns throughout their growth process. This product is made from 100% Iberian pigs on the maternal side and 100% Duroc pigs on the paternal side, making it a 50% Iberico breed shoulder. This ensures exceptional quality, a unique aroma, an exquisite scent, and a fine marbled texture. Low salt content.
