Olives
Spanish olives (also known as a “fluid gold”) are usually collected before they start to mature (their color varies from light yellow to green). One of the most popular species is green olives which can be easily filled with different supplements.

Sun-dried tomatoes can be added to different dishes, for example, salads, soups, or stews to make them more delicious. Tomatoes are rich in vitamins C, A, E, B6, amino acids, and lycopene which is antioxidant protection from wrinkles, cancer, or heart diseases. They preserve all their nutrients during the drying process.
